Chris Rolland, Owner/President, has been an inspector for 26 years and has performed over 7,000 property evaluations. He has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and has completed many home inspection related courses. He is also an Internachi member (http://www.nachi.org), a professional home inspectors association that requires yearly continuing education and has a standard of practice that must be followed for membership in good standing. He holds a State of Nevada inspector of structures license and is insured with $1 million dollars in E&O insurance.
